Sunday Morning Thoughts

The Sixth Beatitude

Good Morning Everyone and Happy Sunday

We are moving right along with another be happy attitude.

“Blessed are the pure of heart for they shall see God.” (Bible, Matthew 5:8)

We don’t see ourselves as pure and innocent, but that is how God sees us. Like I have said in the past, God fashioned us from Himself/Herself. We are Love, we are Divinity, and we are pure. We hold onto so much shame and guilt. We have problems recognizing this. As we start knowing this is who we are, we start seeing the Divine in everything. Even if someone is reacting from the ego, underneath, the Divine Self is still present and stays pure and innocent. That higher Self knows God, knows the Divine.

We are pure at heart. When we move away from the ego and live from the heart center (where purity lies) things begin to change. It does not matter how smart you are, God does not care about degrees. You become heart smart by experiencing.

It is just like the science experiment about water I talked about this week. Once Dr. Emoto experienced the water changing it was no longer a question; it was an inner knowing. Though our connection with God is always present, it takes an experience or inner knowing of this connection before we start seeing God for who he/she really is: Pure, Perfect Love. We still put stipulations on love but when we know who God is, we will start to know who we are: Perfect Love in form.

As that seeps into our minds, slowly we begin to see changes. Maybe we are being more honest with ourselves as well as others. Maybe we see the way we treat people is not in-line with this new knowing and we begin to be more compassionate. We begin seeing God in everything and everyone. We move to our heart center and BAM! Blessed are the pure of heart for they shall see God. What a great way to walk around this planet!!

Thanks for your time. Look forward to connecting next week.
