Good day, all. I wanted to share this song with you today. I enjoy meditating to this artist’s music. The piece that I am sharing with you is called “Abba.” The first time—and many subsequent times—I heard this song, my heart and soul soared from the first word, Abba. It proceeds in Hebrew, and though I did not understand the words, it touched me deeply. Eventually, the words are sung in English, but it would not have mattered if the whole song was sung in Hebrew.
I once said, “It is not the words that you say but the energy you place in the words. The tone of your voice and the love you feel as you say or do anything matters.” For example, you could read the New York Times to a baby lovingly, and the child would respond to the love. My father seldom said, “I love you,” but all he had to do was look at me, and I knew.
Please, take five minutes, sit quietly and listen. I hope you enjoy. Have a wonderful Sunday!
