I have come to realize that our ability to feel, see, and hear beyond the physical is far greater than we realize. We all know someone who might see dead people, hear angels, or feel the presence of someone. All this is available to all of us. We are all one, and we all are Divine.
To start developing our gifts, we have to heal our central nervous system—a superhighway which includes our brain, spinal cord, and nerves.
We need to take time to meditate. My friend Ron D’Amico shared a meditation that has helped me. I would like to share it with you. It always starts with our breath. Breathing with awareness is so much more than mechanical.
Breath is the exchange of our life’s essence, our connection to God, Source, Divine. Use whatever word you truly relate to because it must be aligned with your belief system. It is the word you use to sense your higher self. Start breathing thinking about this connection. I sometimes say lines like “I am one with all” or “I am one with Christ,” whatever works for you.
Breathe in your connection with Divine every time you inhale. Start breathing in something specific—it can be peace, compassion, love, etc. Breathe in something that you want to bring into the world. Breathe it in from your heart center. The spirit is within the heart center, which is connected to Divine.
When you breathe this way it comes from a timeless space – from Divine – and transitions into the world. You might have noise in your head. You might even want to run, but sit; stay. What is happening is you are drawing the pure essence back into your body, so your body is expressing itself.
You will begin to feel something shift in you. When you become the thing you seek and it comes from within, your life transforms. Stress patterns begin to dissolve. The way you see yourself, life, and others begins to transcend all the limitations of what you think, perceive, and feel.
Every time you breathe, breathe in an aspect of God. When you’re driving, whenever it comes to your mind, breathe with intent. Your breath will help you become who you really, truly are. It will help you manifest what you want to bring into this world.
As you do this with greater consistency you will feel more empowered than you can imagine. Breath is the key to alignment with self. It will slowly shatter the perception that you are alone in this world. You begin to feel the essence of God moving through you.
Be consistent, and it will change your life. It will help heal all forms of imbalances that you carry. We are one large family. We are here to support each other. This Christmas season, let’s connect to who we truly are—Divine in form. Let’s use our breath to support each other.
Thank you. Check out Ron’s website.
