Under the surface of the water, each iceberg reveals a striking deep blue color. Anyone who has seen the bottom is in awe; it floats in the ocean and can be seen as separate from the ocean, however, in truth, it is part of the ocean. That is who we are. We might perceive ourselves as separate from each other, but we are part of everything and everyone.

Hallelujah
I was sent this video the other day and wanted to share it with all of you. I found it so real, I found myself crying, actually sobbing . I cannot put into words why this touched me in the depths of my being. These wonderful Ukrainian musicians singing praise while living the horrors of war around them. There is nothing I can say that could make this more power-filled than it is. Take some time and let it seep into your being.

Cemetery Lessons
A few years back I went to a cemetery to learn about some interesting women buried there. I learned about an artist, abolitionist, mountain climber, undercover detective, a secretary and friend of Sitting Bull, a violinist, a singer, a Black doctor (who was the third woman to become a doctor in the US and first Black) Let’s not forget the notorious dancer who lifted her skirt above her knees when she danced.
