Turn on any antiheroic television odyssey, and you can see the sorts of things desperate, lost, and hurt people do when they're trying to escape their pain. Less often, we're provided a view of the way out, the way through.

More on the Iceberg
One thing I did not mention in the last blog was that just as our eyes do not see the whole iceberg, we do not see what is going on behind the scenes in our own lives. We might have a knowing or feeling that things are going on all the time that cannot be seen.

Breaking the Ice – A Meditation
This day I remembered was also a snowy day mixed with ice. At the time, we did not have someone to plow. With my trusty shovel, I began to remove the snow. Under the snow was a thick layer of ice. I was inspired to make this ordeal a prayer. As I was breaking the ice, I set the intention to also break up patterns and negative thoughts within me.
Christmas Meditation
We need to take time to meditate. My friend Ron D’Amico shared a meditation that has helped me. I would like to share it with you. It always starts with our breath. Breathing with awareness is so much more than mechanical.

Jesus totally embodied the Christ Mind, which is the same as the Mind of God. He showed the way, he gave the blueprint, yet how often do we follow it? I wish I could even say most of the time. A mystic teacher of mine once said if there were just two people on each continent who embodied Christ, the world would change for the better, quickly.
More on Responsibility
In the earlier part of my journey, I would beg, Take this away from me; Do that for me; and the famous, If you do this for me, I will do that for you. I am sure, Source/Divine/God had a great chuckle. I did not want to take responsibility for myself—I just wanted everything I perceived to be wrong to just go away miraculously.
What do I wish to demonstrate?
Now, years, later I read this question, and the answer came to me. Share the Love that I have received. Share the beauty and simplicity of our Creator. I have been doing just that, not only in the book, but in my blogs. How exciting!! I decided to go one step further: from this day forward, I will set the intention to write from the place of love. We are all Loving, Lovable, and Loved forever!!
