Before we can truly love others, we have to forgive and love ourselves. We are hard on ourselves because we feel shame. Shame does so much to us, we try to hide from it. We push it down so deep we are unconscious of it.

Christ Consciousness
When we tap into Christ Consciousness, we are tapping into everything God is, Love. We can all tap into it because we come from God—we, too, are Love, Love in form. When we listen to the still, quiet voice, we are tapping into this consciousness.
A Brief Sojourn
